Forgotten Diary
ZhangQiTian’s grandfather was a high officer of Republic of China,because of this, his family suffered a lot during Cultural Revolution,which left an unforgettable memory in his juvenile time.
Inspired by the sealed memory of the Cultural Revolution period, his unforgettable diary series which occupies a whole wall with 66 independent small paintings (each describe a different event or scene in that time) gives a briefly outline of the general scene of that time. He wishes the “unforgettable diary” enter into the mind of the viewers, reminding people not forgetting the history.
忘却的日记
张启田的祖父曾经是民国的高官，由于这一成分，他的家庭在文革期间受到了很大的冲击，少年时所目睹的场景在他的脑海中留下了不可磨灭的印象。
他的忘却的日记系列，用66幅30cmx30cm的小作品以日记的形式将哪些文革中封存的记忆一一展现出来，每一幅小作品是整个系列中组成部分，这些场景各异的小作品拼在一起，为我们勾勒出一幅文革的整体画面，他希望”忘却的记忆“能够进入读者的内心，以此提醒人们不要忘记历史。
整个系列共66幅尺寸为 30cm x 30cm。
Abiao’s Mixed Media Show

Abiao’s theme always focus on something related with history ，reflecting ancient customs, tradition and characters, but still some contemporary elements can be obviously felt. The emperor, opera characters and legendary heros are painted vividly, elegantly, and with momentum. He perfectly combined his personality, Chinese and contemporary together.

阿标的作品看上去始终带有强烈的历史痕迹，很沧桑，具有深厚的文化底蕴，主题主要包含有古老的习俗、传说和英雄，但其中的现代元素又是非常显而易见。皇帝、戏曲人物和传说英雄在他笔下被刻画得非常生动，细腻，同时又显得非常大气。他将自己的个性、中国元素和时代感非常贴切地结合在一起。
YanYu’s New Smoker Series

Tired of painting only on canvas, YanYu began to try something new. The exhibited sculpture ------ new smoker series, made from fabric glass is his exploration on materials for the recent years.

（2月1-28日）厌倦了在画布上的绘画，严宇开始试验一些新的东西。展出的作品——玻璃钢雕塑新烟民系列便是严宇近年在材料上的探索。
ZhangGe’s new work show

As a diligent artist, Zhangge works very hard on his creation. After staying US for a half year , he went to JingDeZhen, the famous base for porcelain making, to create his new works. Half year later, he brings some new works back. These new works go forward a big step in shape and color comparing to his past works, making people feel more avant-garde, more innovative, more international and more contemporary. It’s a perfect match of contemporary element and traditional Chinese making skill.

作为一个勤奋的艺术家，张戈始终孜孜不倦地埋头于自己的创作，期望能够为中国当代艺术的推进贡献一己之力。在美国呆了半年后，他在景德镇一呆就是半年。这次展览为他最近带回来的新作品。与他的过去作品相比，这些新作品无论在造型还是在颜色上都较过去有很大的突破，显得更前卫，更大胆，更国际化，有着更浓郁的当代气息，使得艺术的当代元素与中国的传统工艺制作的结合得到更加完美的体现。

Artist Village Gallery has been played as a window to introduce SongZhuang to the world by selecting the high quality works from this community. In this exhibition the typical works which represent the experimental character of SongZhuang artists can help you have a better understanding of SongZhuang and contemporary works.

虽说是有几千艺术家居住在宋庄，但对于来访者来说，从街头小店和靠近街边的工作室中所见到的形形色色水平参差不齐的作品中很难概括出宋庄艺术的特质，因而对于宋庄所代表的实验性和非主流性无法准确把握。而这个由宋庄最早也是目前最大的画廊所举办的宋庄当代精华作品展，则将精选自宋庄的具有鲜明实验特色的作品聚集在一起，给观众一个清晰的脉络，将真正的宋庄水平展示出来。
Reflection on the East and West ---DaLong's Work Show

Feeding 哺
In Dalong's work, the theme is always related with the East and the West to show his reflection on the mixture and conflict of both sides. This theme can be easily seen in his chair series, portrait series, culture series and leader series, in which he tries to make some changes such as face, expression or small utensil on the ante type of a master piece, to show the conflict by using the wrong time and space, while the connection is still easily to be viewed. His work is personalized, full of humour and talent, making people think a lot.
关于东西方的反思——大龙个人作品展

大龙的作品始终以中西及传统和现代的冲突和融合为主题，从最初的椅子系列，经过肖像系列，到文革系列，以及之后的领袖系列，无一不强烈的体现出这一主题。在这些作品中，他巧妙地以中外的名画人物、领袖或普通平民为框架，在人物、表情及物件上进行置换，用调侃、隐喻、对比的手法进行描述，以突出时间和空间的错位，来强调传统与现代、东方和西方的冲突和矛盾，从而唤起观者强烈的共鸣。他的绘画细腻，诙谐， 个人特征鲜明，充满了智慧的思考，令人回味。
Going To The Other Side
LiuYaoXian’s Solo Show
(June 6 - July 5)
Still focusing on water and the element is the same, but the feeling aroused is totally different. In LiuYaoXian’s new works, the creatures drafted in the endless water become much clearer, the expression of both men and animals looks happy without anything negative such as struggling, disappointment or sadness. Beside the positive altitude, you also can feel something humorous and funny. And his tone and color also change a lot, become more obvious, arousing a mode of freshness, relax and confidence.
Chinese Fatties
ZhangJianJun’s Solo Show
(June 6 - July 5)
Fatties in red clothes, looked quite modern, and it’s hard to tell they are male or female, all smile from ear to ear, the fatties series of ZhangJianJun are so strong and unique that people will never forget it and they can easily recognize them at the first glance when they see it again. In the fatties series, all the fatties look the same and seem happy, in which the artist shows that in the consuming time people lose ?themselves by indulging in seeking endless creature comfort.
中国胖子----张建军个展

穿着大红衣服的胖子，看上去挺摩登， 很难区分是男是女，个个笑逐言开，张建军的胖子系列个性十足，具有很强的冲击力，让人印象深刻，过目不忘。艺术家希望通过这些看上去都是一个模样，显得心满意足的胖子群像来揭示，在当今消费时代人们为无休止的欲望所迷惑，沉溺于物质消费中而不能自拔，从而迷失了自我。
